Business Manager: the console that measures your whole network

2026/10/16

What was listed, what closed and how much was earned across every office, in a single dashboard. And when you want the detail, it drills down from the network to the office, and from the office to the agent.

If you run several offices, you build the network's numbers by hand. Each franchisee works in their own system, you ask for reports by email, someone merges them into a spreadsheet, and by the time the total is ready it is already old. And when a number looks wrong, there is nowhere to look: you have to ask again.

At Mapaprop we built Business Manager for exactly that. It is not one more report: it is the console you read and govern the whole network from.

Every office's business, in one dashboard

We consolidate the entire network's activity in one place: what was listed, what closed and how much was earned in the period. No one has to send you the number, and you do not wait for month end.

And when a figure stands out, the dashboard drills down: from the network to the office, and from the office to the agent who worked the deal. The total and every part that makes it up, on the same screen.

You decide what enters the network

With your brand next to it, nothing gets published that you have not seen. In moderated mode, whatever a member shares with the network waits for your approval: you check the photos, the price and the description, and only then does it enter the pool.

That is the difference between a network that grows and one that degrades on its own.

How publishing modes work →

We define the rules with you

What each member sees and can do is not left to each office configuring it correctly: it is defined once and the network behaves the same everywhere. A new franchisee joins with the rules already in place.

When an office shares, it shows

When one office publishes another's property, the portal shows the identity of whoever shared it. Each branch builds its own brand inside the network, instead of dissolving into an anonymous catalogue.

And co-brokering is traceable: each side with its commission on record and the colleague picked by name. No more verbal agreements that nobody later remembers the same way.

What each office in your network gets

Four steps, and the first two come with the network: they cannot be switched off and are not bought separately.

What they getWhat it takes
1Shared pool — contributes its properties and sees everyone else's portfoliocomes with the network
2Shared showcase — its properties appear on the network's public portalcomes with the network
3Own showcase — the network's full catalogue inside their own websitetheir Business plan
4Co-brokering — sees the network's offices and agents, and works deals with themBusiness, and the network offering it

We do not have to ask everyone for the top plan. With Plus they already take part in the pool and the shared showcase; Business is only needed by whoever wants the two upper steps. The plan belongs to each member, not to the network.

And the lead always stays in the inbox of the office that received it: each one works its own brand and harvests its own enquiries. They split the business afterwards.

Creating the network already comes with Business

This is worth knowing before you decide: creating and running your network only takes Business. Inviting offices, approving members, moderating what comes in, tracking deals and commissions — that is all there already.

Business Manager adds what someone watching several offices at once needs: the console with its drill-down, the network rules, branch identity when sharing, and the white label option.

If your network is not set up yet, the path is the 7-step assistant we covered in Build your network and multiply the portfolio you can offer.

Your brand, end to end

With white label, the same application runs on your domain, with your colours, your typography and your logos — even the emails it sends go out with your brand. Your franchisees see your network end to end, and Mapaprop stays as invisible infrastructure.

It is optional and quoted separately, because the scope changes in every case.
