Build your network and multiply the portfolio you can offer

2026/09/08

Three configurations to build the network your group needs, the console that measures the business of all your offices, and a 7-step assistant to start today.

You have 40 properties. Your colleague down the street has 60. Both of you turn down enquiries every week for not having what the client is looking for — and the other one does have it.

A real estate network in Mapaprop solves exactly that: a common pool where every member contributes their own properties and works everyone else's. This week the module grew, and it grew in the three directions we were asked for the most: more capacity for whoever joins, more control for whoever runs it, and more ways to build the network your group actually needs.

Your portfolio, multiplied

The first thing a member gains is stock. They contribute their properties to the network pool and, from that moment on, they also work their colleagues': they see them inside Mapaprop, show them, enquire about them and message the colleague who owns them to coordinate.

From there the network adds layers:

  • The properties in the pool appear on the network's public portal, under the group's brand.
  • With an MLS network, the network's full catalogue goes inside each member's website. You multiply your stock without uploading a single extra property and without maintaining anything in parallel.
  • And when someone enquires about a colleague's property from your site, the lead is yours: it reaches your inbox and the contact stays in your CRM. Your colleague gets a notice with your details so you can coordinate. Everyone works their own brand and harvests their own enquiries; then you split the deal, with the commission on record.

Three configurations, for three ways of working together

Not every group wants the same thing, so the network is built around what yours needs. Each configuration builds on the previous one:

Publication network. Common pool and the network's portal. Enough for a group of colleagues who want to get organised and have a shared presence.

MLS network. Plus the network catalogue inside each member's website. This is the configuration for agencies that want to grow their own brand with everyone's inventory.

MLS network with co-brokering. Plus a directory of offices and agents across the network, and shared deals recorded by picking your colleague by name, with each side's commission. This is the one for franchises and groups that already work together.

And you don't pick the name from a list: it is a consequence of what your network turns on. Turn on your members' own showcase and your Publication network becomes an MLS network. The network grows when you decide it grows.

The business of your whole network, office by office

This is the big part, and it is for whoever runs it.

The manager console consolidates the operation of all your offices on a single dashboard: what was won, what was closed, how much was commissioned and how the period evolved. And it does not stop at the aggregate — it drills down from the network to the office, and from the office to the agent. The number at the top opens all the way to the person.

Alongside it, the network's composition: how many offices, how many agents, how many properties and how they are distributed. Two different questions — what do I have and what happened — each with its own dashboard.

Add to that co-brokering between your offices with each side's commission on record, sharing with branch identity —when one office publishes another's property, the portal shows the identity of whoever shares it— and white label, with your visual identity, your domain and your emails.

Creating your network is a 7-step assistant

Getting started is simple, and we built it so you know what you are getting before deciding anything:

  1. It shows you what your network does from day one, before asking for a single detail.
  2. It asks for the name and who to contact.
  3. You choose how much each member contributes to the pool: property by property, automatic with the option to switch to manual, or mandatory.
  4. You choose whether to turn on your members' own showcase.
  5. You add brand, bio and the URLs shown in the networks Marketplace.
  6. You tick what you want to add —the network portal, co-brokering, the manager console, white label— and it reaches us as a request so we can get in touch.
  7. Before you confirm, it tells you which network you are creating, by name.

Whatever you fill in is saved: if you leave halfway through, you pick up where you left off.

And the management console opens with two cards: what your network offers today, with the four layers and their real state, and what you can add. You request it right from there.

Every member joins with the plan they choose

Your network starts with the colleagues you already have, without asking anyone to move up a plan:

  • With Plus you are already a full member of any network: you contribute to the pool, see everyone's portfolio, appear on the network portal, message the colleague who owns a property and share commissions.
  • With Pro+ you add your own website.
  • With Business the network catalogue goes inside that website, co-brokering is enabled and you can create your own network.

Different plans coexist inside the same network, and each member moves up when it makes sense for them. If your colleague is not on Mapaprop yet, they sign up for free and choose their plan; you approve the request, because every network has an owner and nobody joins without your OK.

The full detail is in the Real Estate Networks / MLS help, and you can see all the options on the Networks page.
