The user accepts that the data entered into Mapaprop has two types of character: public and private. Given the type of utility of the system, most of the data is ready to be made public by the user. The user accepts that Mapaprop is a technological tool that provides the means to generate content and publish it as classified ads of real estate / properties in multiple third party internet systems. At the same time the user accepts to be the responsible owner and the final commercial contact of such classified ads, and that the published classified ads will contain all the data registered in the Mapaprop account at the time of the initial account registration, as well as the branches and users configured in the property, which can be edited at any time from the section Real Estate > Company, Branches, Users, removing Mapaprop all responsibility for such data and published ads. Therefore the data of the properties / properties that the user writes in Mapaprop, along with their data as commercial contact responsible for the content, become public or private exclusively at the will of the user with the Publish or Unpublish action of each property entered.
Mapaprop has categories of data: public or private. The 'public' status is an option generated by the user's will through the action of the publish button of each property you want to disseminate. The following is the list of data we collect:

The user has the right not to publish the property, for it has the necessary tools to not publish or to 'Terminate' this publication, without affecting the use of the system. In addition, the user accepts that the data of his real estate entered at the moment of the registry that can be administered from the section 'My company' accessible from 'My real estate', and the information of the branches that the user enters later and that can be administered from the section 'My branches' accessible from 'My Real Estate', are public and will therefore be associated with any property listing that the user manually activates from their Mapaprop account.
The following data are of a private nature and there is no systematic option to make them public either by the user or by the system administrators:
In general Mapaprop collects directly entered by the user, divided into contact data as responsible marketer of the properties that also enters, as data of those properties. All information is stored in our database. In addition Mapaprop obtains data from the property publications that the same user generates in an automated way, attaching it to the same database. Eventually with the function connect accounts, we can collect data provided by third party systems Navent, Mercadolibre, Facebook, Twitter and Google, which are useful for the functionalities of connect account and publish classified ads in those systems, such as publication plans, account status, account data. All these data are stored in our database but depend on the above mentioned connection. If the user disconnects the account, the data is temporarily deleted and is deleted by the user's own action of disconnecting the accounts.
Mapaprop processes data added by the user manually or by connection with accounts of other services, and processes other data obtained automatically related to the data that the user added, to provide a service to the user: Publish ads and get related messages and contacts, and get a professional working system for the real estate industry. In addition, the data of the user's actions are collected to store evidence of such actions, which allow us to improve the security of the system, to have information to evaluate errors, to improve the current functionalities and to plan the development of future ones.
It is the user who has the management of all data entered manually, or those generated automatically by the publications that he/she has activated, being able to edit or delete them whenever he/she wants, choose their status (public or private) or request Mapaprop a complete deletion of the data and the account from the database. Mapaprop guarantees that the above mentioned data deletion action is complete, and no record or recovery option is left.
All the information about the properties published and/or offered on MapaProp.com and Memudoya.com is provided by each of the real estate agencies that have created a service account on the site, and is the sole responsibility of the real estate agencies themselves, as well as their marketing. MapaProp does not intervene in the buying and selling or renting operations or any other type of operation or business offered by its users, nor is it responsible for the behavior of such users in the participation of such transactions. MapaProp and MeMudoYa! are not responsible for the accuracy of the data provided by its users, who guarantee and are responsible in any case for the truthfulness, accuracy, validity and authenticity of such data. All of the data mentioned are indicative or approximate, and it is the registered users who guarantee and are responsible in any case for the truthfulness, accuracy, validity and authenticity of the same. The intention of showing them in the site MapaProp.com and MemudoYa.com is to give an approximate idea of the same ones therefore MapaProp does not take responsibility for the differences between these and the reality. The registered user is fully responsible for the information indicated in its notices, since the content of the same ones is restricted to the use of its password. The user agrees to notify MapaProp immediately of any unauthorized use of his/her account, as well as any unauthorized access by third parties to his/her account through the contact form. The USER agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Mapaprop, its related and/or controlled and/or controlling companies, its directors, employees and representatives, from and against any charge, action or claim, including, but not limited to, the reasonable legal expenses resulting from the USER'S inappropriate use of the Site or from the USER'S breach of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Mapaprop will promptly notify you of any such claim, action or proceeding and will assist you, at your expense, in your defense against any such claim, action or proceeding. MapaProp shall not be liable for any delays, interruptions or defects that may exist in Internet transmissions, nor for any system or connection line failures. The products, goods, real estate and/or services offered and/or published on this site are not guaranteed by MapaProp, and its registered users are the ones who provide them and assume full responsibility for the quality, redhibitory defects, eviction and/or any loss or damage that may be suffered in relation to the contracts entered into by the users of this site.
In order to access and/or use some of the Services, it is necessary for the User to register and previously provide Mapaprop (through the Site) with certain personal data found in the corresponding Registration forms (hereinafter, the 'Personal Information'). The User shall complete them with his/her Personal Information in an accurate, precise and true manner and undertakes to update the Personal Information as necessary. Mapaprop IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for the accuracy of the Personal Information provided by the Users, who guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the truthfulness, accuracy, validity and authenticity of the Personal Information entered. Mapaprop reserves the right to request any additional proof and/or data in order to corroborate the Personal Information, as well as to temporarily or definitively suspend those Users whose data could not be confirmed. In these cases of disqualification, all the published ads will be cancelled, without any right to compensation. The User will access his/her personal account (the 'Account') by entering his/her e-mail address and password. The User agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the password. The Account is personal, unique and non-transferable, and it is forbidden for the same User to register or own more than one Account. In the event that Mapaprop detects different Accounts containing the same or related data, it may cancel, suspend, merge or disable them, without giving rise to any right to compensation. The User shall be responsible for all operations carried out in his Account, since access to it is restricted to the entry and use of his password, of exclusive knowledge of the User. By registering on the Site, and entering the Personal Information, the User is expressly authorizing Mapaprop to disclose to any competent authority the respective information, in case it is requested by the appropriate legal means. Mapaprop will at all times endeavor to take appropriate physical and technological measures to protect the Personal Information entered on the Site. Mapaprop will automatically process the Personal Information for the purposes and under the conditions defined in its Privacy Policy. MapaProp is a service exclusively for real estate professionals. To this end, Mapaprop is free to interpret which user is considered to be a real estate brokerage professional, based on the legislation and uses and customs of each country where Mapaprop has enabled its system to be used. Each registered user is responsible for complying with this rule and MapaProp reserves the right to remove from the system anyone who does not comply with this rule. In turn, the user is obliged to provide his/her registration number or legal professional license that proves that he/she is a qualified professional, always according to the legal regulations of each country, when the MapaProp team requests it, being at MapaProp's discretion the action to be taken in case of not receiving an answer or verifying that the data are false. Under no circumstances may pseudonyms be used which might mislead other users into thinking that the articles or services posted by these people belong to MapaProp or are part of promotions carried out directly by MapaProp. The user may not use MapaProp's resources to impersonate other individuals or falsify the authorization to act on behalf of third parties or MapaProp. The names or pseudonyms that the user uses within MapaProp must correlate with the name or recognized domain name of his real estate business or his license as a licensed professional, and may not generate confusion with the name of other users. The user may not alter the attribution of the origin of e-mail messages, nor may he or she attempt to breach the security or integrity of the systems or gain unauthorized access to other people's accounts on MapaProp. The User acknowledges that all elements of the Site and each of the Services provided through it, the information and materials contained in the Site, the structure, selection, order and presentation of its contents and the computer programs used in connection therewith are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights of Mapaprop or third parties. Unless expressly authorized in writing by Mapaprop or, where appropriate, by the third party holders of the corresponding rights, the User may not reproduce, transform, modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, lend, make available or allow access to the public through any form of public communication of any of the elements referred to in the preceding paragraph. In particular, it is strictly forbidden to use the texts, images, advertisements and any other element included in this Site for subsequent inclusion, in whole or in part, in other websites outside the Site without the prior written authorization of Mapaprop. The User shall use the materials, elements and information accessed through the use of the Site and each of the Services only for personal use, agreeing not to make any direct or indirect commercial exploitation of the services or the materials, elements and information obtained through them. The User shall refrain from removing the signs identifying the rights (intellectual property, industrial or any other) of Mapaprop, its related companies or third parties appearing on the Site and in each of the Services offered through it. Likewise, the User shall refrain from circumventing or manipulating any technical devices established by Mapaprop or third parties, whether on the Site, in any of the Services or in any of the materials, elements or information obtained through it, for the protection of their rights. Mapaprop does not grant any license or authorization of use of any kind on its industrial and intellectual property rights or on any other property or right related to the Site, the Services or the contents of the Site.
The Site and the Services are available only to persons who have the legal capacity to contract under the laws of each of the countries authorized to use Mapaprop. The Site may not be used by persons who do not have such capacity, minors, and those who have been suspended or terminated from Mapaprop's system for having breached these TERMS AND CONDITIONS and/or for having incurred -at Mapaprop's sole discretion- in fraudulent or fraudulent conduct or acts through the use of the Site or the Services. If a legal entity registers as a User, the person registering must have the capacity to contract on behalf of such entity and to bind it in accordance with these TERMS AND CONDITIONS. These TERMS AND CONDITIONS do not create any partnership, agency, franchise or employment relationship between Mapaprop and the User. User acknowledges and agrees that Mapaprop is not a party to any transaction, nor does Mapaprop have any control over any aspect of the properties advertised, the truthfulness or accuracy of the advertisements, or the ability of Users to sell, buy or rent properties. User acknowledges, understands and agrees that duplicate advertisements may be removed from the Site without prior authorization. The User agrees to use the Site and Services in accordance with current law, morality, public order, these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, and any applicable Special Conditions. Likewise, the user agrees to make appropriate use of the Services and/or the Site, and not to use them for illicit or criminal activities that infringe the rights of third parties and/or violate intellectual and industrial property regulations, or any other applicable legal regulations. Likewise, the user understands that any form of use of the system which does not comply with the functions duly communicated through the MapaProp Web Site (https://www.mapaprop.com), MapaProp Blog (https://www.mapaprop.com/blog), the system's e-mails and the alerts when logging into their account (https://mapaprop.app) and for which it was designed, and which goes against the practice of good manners and common sense, or which promote activities which violate local or international laws, will be removed from MapaProp. In particular, the User undertakes not to transmit, introduce, disseminate or make available to third parties any type of material or information (data, content, messages, drawings, sound and image files, photographs, software, etc.) that is contrary to the law, morality, public order, these TERMS AND CONDITIONS and, where applicable, any applicable Special Conditions. By way of example, and in no way limiting and/or excluding, the User agrees to: Not to enter or disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic or pornographic nature, or that advocates terrorism or violates human rights. Not to enter or disseminate on the network data programs (viruses and harmful software) likely to cause damage to the computer systems of the access provider, its suppliers or third party users of the Internet network. Not to enter, disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that constitutes unlawful or unfair advertising, in accordance with current legislation. Not to transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, advertising material, 'junk mail', 'chain letters', 'pyramid schemes', or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas (such as commercial spaces) that have been exclusively designed for this purpose. Not to enter or disseminate any false, ambiguous, untimely or inaccurate information and content in a manner that misleads the recipients of the information. Not to impersonate other Users by using their registration keys to the different Services of the Site. Not to enter or disseminate content that is contrary to the honor, personal and family privacy or self-image of individuals. Not to enter, disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that violates the intellectual and industrial property rights, patents, trademarks or copyrights belonging to the owners of the Site or third parties. Not to enter, disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that involves a violation of the secrecy of communications and personal data legislation. Not to target bidders by sending Spam, or directly offer, publish or create, a personal database of third parties. Use any mechanism, software or routine to impede or attempt to impede the proper working of this Site or any activity being conducted on this Site. Not to take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of this Site. Not to disclose or share your password with any third party or use your password for any unauthorized purpose. Not to attempt to decipher, decompile or otherwise obtain the source code of any software program comprising or constituting a part of this Site.
Interaction with other MapaProp.com users must be carried out within a framework of respect, courtesy and professional responsibility. MapaProp reserves the right to express an opinion on any improper behavior on the part of its users towards the system administrator, other users, users of Memudoya.com, or partners of third party services accessible from Mapaprop and, if necessary, to take whatever action it deems appropriate, including the termination of the service for the user involved in such actions. The properties that are published in the MapaProp system can be seen by other real estate agencies if they have contracted the 'Mapaprop Pro+' module or the 'Mapaprop Network' system, and can eventually be shared by them with third parties, through the sending of emails or the printing of cards from the same system or some other means that will be designed in the future. In any case, the information shared by these means is only that declared as public by the user, which includes only the property data entered in the sections general data, measurements, map, photos, plans, videos, guards and reserved and free occupancy periods and in no case includes private information related to the property, such as contacts, notes, posters or rentals. The 'Mapaprop Pro+' and/or 'Mapaprop Network' modules provide blocking systems to not participate in this sharing functionality, but this option is only accessible if the user has contracted any of the modules.
MapaProp has agreements with third parties that allow publications to be present on other recognized websites, which are clearly communicated to users through the various Mapaprop websites and systems, such as the Mapaprop system itself, the institutional website https://www.mapaprop.com, and the help system https://pucaralabs.notion.site/ab65fa99d780406ebcfb4ba7b6c7a1a0?v=1d0ca868cb004eeaa077efeec13b6aaa. MapaProp allows access to the data published by the user under different methods, to the systems of these third parties, who use them and communicate them through their own websites. In any case, only the data that the user enters as 'public' within the Mapaprop system and that are described in the previous section are accessible. Mapaprop is not responsible in any case for the use that these systems make of the information. These systems are independent of MapaProp, and they have their own Terms and Conditions of Service. To find out what these terms are, the Mapaprop user should refer to each of the publication portals that Mapaprop advertises. In any case, Mapaprop limits itself to provide various methods of connection with all the properties that you publish, but it is the portals who read the ads, filter their content and choose under their own methods and rules which ones to publish and which ones not to publish. It is therefore the responsibility of these third parties to publish your property. For any omission of publications you can contact the corresponding portal from the individual help article accessible from the Mapaprop system. In no case Mapaprop allows access to data not consigned as Public to third party systems, reserving access and use exclusively for its users through the Mapaprop system. In most cases, queries from the systems are received directly in the message box of your Mapaprop account, and communicated via an automatic email alert to the address registered for the branch associated with the property, although for some cases, Mapaprop allows access to the email address that the Mapaprop user has registered in the My Real Estate > My Company section. For these cases, the third party system will contact the user directly at their email address without any interaction with Mapaprop. In some third party portals it is possible that MapaProp or Memudoya! appear as 'Public' users or are mentioned in the user's publication on the website. In spite of it, MapaProp declares that it does not intervene in any type of real estate operation, is not owner or consignee of the above mentioned published property, and is not responsible for the content of the above mentioned announcement. To this end, MapaProp will clearly state in the description of the advertisement the code of the property which the user has entered in MapaProp, as well as the name of the Real Estate Agent which the user has declared in the MapaProp system. The user accepts and understands that the name MapaProp or Memudoya may appear in the advertisements published by MapaProp on its behalf on third-party web pages, without this implying that MapaProp is involved in any type of real estate transaction, is not the owner or consignee of the properties published, nor is it responsible for the content of the said advertisement. MapaProp's responsibility is limited to DISCLOSING THE DATA THAT THE USER DECLARES AS PUBLIC. The aforementioned inclusion of the names MapaProp or Memudoya! are only due to technical requirements imposed by the systems created by the owners of the web pages they represent in order to be able to publish the properties in bulk. MapaProp is limited to 'Publish' or 'Unpublish' the user's properties on third party portals. This action implies access or non-access to your data by the third parties. In addition to this, MapaProp does not intervene in any way between the new relationship created between the user and the third party portal. Mapaprop allows access in all cases to the price and currency of origin published by the consignee of the property. Mapaprop declares that it has no intervention whatsoever on the methods that portals use to convert prices or quote currencies so that properties are published on such portals under their own methods. To avoid distortions in the communication of prices and currencies in cases where third party systems perform these automatic conversions, Mapaprop automatically writes within the property description, in a clear and undistorted manner, the price and currency that the Mapaprop user consignee originally assigned. This relationship is completely unrelated to MapaProp and therefore MapaProp declines all responsibility for the actions of the user or the portal in relation to the use that both make of the relationship. The technical specifications for the use of each of the websites associated with Mapaprop for publications are communicated at https://pucaralabs.notion.site/ab65fa99d780406ebcfb4ba7b6c7a1a0?v=1d0ca868cb004eeaa077efeec13b6aaa and may change without prior notice if Mapaprop sees fit. MapaProp declares that it has no control or intervention over the emails and communications that the user receives directly from third party web pages in the same email account that has been registered for its user in MapaProp. Any relationship between the user and the visitors of the third party web pages or the owners of these web pages, are alien to MapaProp.
The user knows and accepts that MapaProp.com is a software hosted on the Internet that provides free functions and also offers optional contracting functions, which generate charges of different types depending on the type of service offered, for the user's account. The various chargeable features are duly communicated in the 'Plans' section of the Mapaprop.com website, and within the user's Mapaprop. com account of the user, both in the system console, in the sections from where the charged functions are offered, and also informed in the contracting screens of those functions, blocked in advance and only accessible if the user accepts the use of the same with the previous communication of the charge that will generate its use; that the activation of such services constitute an acceptance of the contract of use of such service and that it is clarified in this same writing; that the responsibility of Mapaprop on the active status of those functions that provide services from a website is limited to ensure the maintenance of the platform in an active and accessible form during 98% of the time for all the contracting users who wish to reach it through the internet domain mapaprop. com; that the provision of any non-free service will incur a charge for the contracting user either in the form of a one-time payment or monthly subscription, the amount and due date of which is duly communicated through 'Plans' and through the link indicated as 'Payment regulations, due dates and account blocking' in the Account Summary section, within the Mapaprop system; that the user must pay Mapaprop the charge for the service in order to maintain the use of the same over time; that once the payment term for the contracted service has expired, the user enters a period of arrears, and after 7 days in such state, Mapaprop shall have the right to block or suspend access to the service and the data entered by the user to the system as it sees fit, until the user pays such charge and Mapaprop receives the accreditation of the amount in an effective way. An account blocking for late payment implies that in order to continue using the services, the user must pay the total amount of the debt, whether the charges are due or not.
The hosting service for web sites is a monthly service, and generates monthly recurring charges in the Mapaprop account that the user activated. Each monthly hosting service charge has a period of 7 days to be paid, before it enters in arrears, so it is possible to accumulate charges in the account for several periods. The service can be cancelled at any time the user requires it, as long as it is done through the method provided by the Mapaprop account (Services > Hosting > Request Cancellation) and there is no outstanding debt at the time of the request. If a debt exists, the service cannot be cancelled. Even if access to the general use of the system is blocked or the website is suspended, Mapaprop may continue to bill hosting charges for up to 12 months of service, unless the user expressly requests cancellation of the service, which may occur as long as the user pays all accrued charges on their Mapaprop Account Summary.
The service called Red Mapaprop or Mapaprop Pro+ is a monthly subscription service with automatic monthly renewal, which generates monthly recurring charges in the Mapaprop account activated by the user. Each monthly charge for Mapaprop Network or Mapaprop Pro+ service has a 7-day period to be paid before it enters the delinquency period. The service can be cancelled at any time the user requires it, as long as it is done through the method provided by the Mapaprop account (Services > Mapaprop Network or Mapaprop Pro+ > Request Cancellation). At the time of requesting cancellation, the system will calculate a partial amount to apply a charge to the account for use of the service within the current period, taking into account the 29th day of the month in which the period begins and the 28th day of the following month as the end date. In case of activating and requesting immediate cancellation, the system will apply a minimum charge representative of the activation of the service. All Mapaprop Network or Mapaprop Pro+ charges have the same expiration and blocking periods for late payment, regardless of the amount. Even if access to the general use of the system is blocked for non-payment, Mapaprop may continue to bill Mapaprop Network or Mapaprop Pro+ charges for up to 6 months of service, unless the user expressly requests cancellation of the service through the method mentioned above, which may occur as long as the user pays all accrued charges on his/her Mapaprop Account Summary.

In addition, Mapaprop may suspend the provision of any service when it deems appropriate, either for excessive accumulated charges, according to the conditions mentioned above or for bad payment behavior and abusive treatment by the customer towards Mapaprop and its technical support service. Finally, Mapaprop reserves the right to resume providing the service to the previously suspended user.
Mapaprop allows users to use MercadoPago.com or Paypal.com as appropriate to pay the charges generated by the services with cost they use in Mapaprop. Mercadopago.com and Paypal.com are totally independent systems of Mapaprop and there is no relationship between them and Mapaprop other than the use of the service of receiving payments by Mapaprop with such systems. Mapaprop's responsibility for the use of the Mercadopago.com or Paypal.com service is limited to sending the charges that the user selects from the account summary section, through the 'Pay with Mercadopago' or 'Pay with Paypal' button, through which a connection is initiated with Mercadopago.com or Paypal.com for the initiation of a payment generation action by credit card, or by any other means offered by the aforementioned systems. All responsibility for the crediting of the money in Mapaprop's account both in the MercadoPago.com system and in the Paypal.com system is exclusive of the user's own relationship with Mercadopago.com and/or Paypal. com, both in the actual terms that the chosen payment method takes to credit the payment to Mapaprop and also for the delays caused by the use of non-automatic payment methods such as physical coupons with expiration date or other non-automatic payment methods provided by these systems, which may cause blockages in the user's Mapaprop account if the user is not responsible for controlling the crediting terms of such payment methods and the choice of such payment methods. In turn, Mapaprop is not responsible in any case for the errors made by the user due to the misuse of such systems, nor has any kind of relationship with any means of payment offered by these systems, therefore any claim of incorrect payment, error in the acceptance of payment, destination of funds paid and not credited due to expired coupons, and any other reason, must be sent directly to MercadoPago.com and/or Paypal.com and must be resolved between the user and the mentioned systems, as the case may be.
The user knows and accepts that MapaProp.com is a system for hosting websites or web pages named as 'Mapaprop Real Estate Websites' determined by a database and that they are based on the functions programmed in the Mapaprop real estate software platform; that these functions are inseparable from the Mapaprop system; that the database that the website allows the user to read is the one that the user enters in Mapaprop. com through his private username and password; The Mapaprop API service allows to obtain, through a controlled authentication system, information about the properties in published status of the Mapaprop system users, and partial information about the marketers of those properties. In order to access the option to activate a user for use of the API, Mapaprop must evaluate the suitability of the requestor and the use that the requestor will make of the data obtained.
