Every now and then a different way of looking for property shows up. For years it was always the same one: you open a portal, set your filters, scroll through a list. Swiprop flips it around — it shows you properties one at a time and you keep discarding or saving, like someone swiping through cards.

It caught our attention for one concrete reason: it is another way for someone to come across your listing. Not the same list, with other people ahead of you.

As of today, the properties you publish on Mapaprop are also distributed on Swiprop.

What you have to do: nothing

They are already there. The listing travels from Mapaprop and keeps itself up to date.

• It adds no work for you. Your active listings are distributed with no extra loading: if you edit the price, the photos or the description, the listing is updated.
• At no cost during the launch, and without having to sign up for anything.
• Your real estate agency appears on every listing, with the line "Publicado a través de Mapaprop" (published through Mapaprop).
• Enquiries arrive in your Mapaprop Inbox, together with those from every other channel.

And there is more: one of your properties promoted on Meta

This is the part Swiprop put on the table, and it is not something you usually see in a launch: they are going to promote one property per real estate agency on Facebook and Instagram, at no cost.

To take part, there are three steps:

1. Go to swiprop.com.ar and look for the property you want to highlight.
2. Copy the property link.
3. Send it to contacto@swiprop.com.ar, along with the name of your agency.

Swiprop runs the campaign with its own budget. We are not in the middle: you send the link yourself, directly.

What gets published and what does not

The properties that are distributed are the ones you have published and available on Mapaprop. The ones marked as sold, rented, reserved or suspended are not sent, and when you mark one that way, it comes off the portal.

If something does not show up the way you expected

Swiprop is independent from Mapaprop: it has its own search engine, its own criteria for displaying listings and its own terms of use. We hand over the public information of your published properties; the portal builds its platform with that.
