Showing up on a new portal almost always means uploading everything all over again: the photos, the description, the price, the rooms. And then keeping it up to date. You drop the price on an apartment, you update it in your system, and you are still left with the job of going into every portal to fix it one by one. Sometimes one slips by.

That is why we keep adding portals that publish straight from your Mapaprop account: you load the property once, and the listing travels to each destination on its own. When you edit something here, it updates there.

As of today that list has one more portal: PubliqueInmuebles.

What PubliqueInmuebles is

It is an Argentine real estate portal, at publiqueinmuebles.com.ar. On top of the regular search it has map search, a short-term rental section and a valuation tool for anyone who wants to estimate what their property is worth.

For your real estate agency, right now it has no cost: your properties are distributed there free of charge, and you do not have to sign up for anything.

What you have to do: nothing

They are already published. The integration is up and running, and your listings travel from Mapaprop every day.

• It does not add work. The listing comes from the property you already have loaded. If you change the price, the photos or the description, the listing updates.
• Your agency appears on every listing, along with the line "Publicado a través de Mapaprop" (published through Mapaprop).
• The inquiries land in your Mapaprop Inbox, together with the ones from every other channel. You answer them from where you already work, and they stay in the contact's history.
• The property code travels with the listing, so you can tell which one is which.

What gets published and what does not

The properties that go out are the ones you have published and available in Mapaprop, for sale, for rent and for short-term rent.

The ones marked as sold, rented, reserved or suspended are not sent. And when you mark one that way, it comes off the portal.

If something does not look the way you expected

PubliqueInmuebles is a portal independent from Mapaprop: it has its own search engines, its own criteria for showing listings and its own terms of use. We hand it the public information of your published properties; the portal is the one that builds its site with that.
